If you would like to join the SMILES International Workshop, please fill out an application form and return it to the secretariat no later than 16th (24:00 JST) Feb. 2011.

If your PC environment cannot handle Word file, just e-mail to the secretariat with the following informations.
  1. Name
  2. Affiliation
  3. Tel. No.
  4. Fax. No.
  5. Attend to banquet (night of March 14; TBD) or not (Yes/No)
  6. Title of presentation
  7. Abstract (If you will make a presentation, please write your abstract in around 300 words)
The conference fee is 5,000 yen 1,000 yen (except the fee for banquet), which includes full participation in the conference, workshop material, coffee breaks and the banquet on 14th evening. All participants are expected to stay for the full conference. we ask you to pay the registration fee for attending this conference on site.
